Booking:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure event date and rentals. Full payment is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event date. Without full payment, the event will be canceled with no refund. Any booking made less than 7 days prior to the event must be paid in full to reserve date. Quotes and estimates do not guarantee availability of rental items.
Website pricing is based off a one-day single use event for a 24 hour rental period. Rental extensions are subject to additional rental rates and requests must occur at booking for guaranteed availability. Requests may be made up to 7 days prior to the booking date and are subject to availability.
Payment:
Invoices will be sent and paid through Stripe (debit, credit, or bank transfer).
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
The 50% deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled at any time. The remaining 50% of an invoice will be granted a refund up to 14 days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event will not receive a refund. We can reschedule a booking date one time within 12 months of the original date up to 2 days before an event (subject to availability). No refunds will be given for any unused equipment.
Delivery:
Our facility is located in Harrison Township. 20 mile roundtrip travel from our facility is a $30 delivery fee. Contact us for a delivery quote outside this distance.
Basic Delivery charges cover delivery to the event site and dropped in one specified area only. Setup and/or disassembly is a separate fee based off the invoice - contact us for a quote.
Delivery and pickups are during the hours of 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We assign a 2-hour window of time to deliver items and a 2-hour window of time to arrive for pickups. We are happy to try and accommodate deliveries and/or pickups requiring a smaller window of time (including an exact arrival time) or outside normal hours for an additional fee.
All deliveries are to be ground-level sites (garage, first floor, etc) and within 50 feet of safe parking. There may be an additional charge for deliveries to locations requiring but not limited to: stairs, elevators, 51+ feet from parking, tight or unsafe access or terrain, and/or multiple drop points.
Rentals should be cleaned and repackaged in the original packaging and made available at a mutually agreed and conveniently accessible location ready for pick-up before our arrival.
Additional fees may apply for dirty or improperly packaged rentals, and for wait times over 15 minutes for pick-up or delivery.
Weather:
There are no refunds due to bad weather. Please be sure equipment is in a secure location when not in use and protected from the elements. Rentals left in the rain will sustain damage that the customer will be charged for. You have up to 48 hours prior to the event to decide if you would like to proceed with alternate arrangements or to reschedule the event date. It is the client’s responsibility to reschedule or to arrange an alternate location site. We cannot reschedule once the party is set up.
Holiday:
In order to maintain our high-quality service and support, we charge a slightly higher rate for rentals during holidays and their weekends due to increased demand and higher operating costs.
Linen:
Please be aware that there may be fabric variations due to washing, normal usage, and manufacturing dye processing.
Sanitation:
Safety is a priority. We ensure to properly wash, disinfect, and clean all applicable party items and equipment before every event.
In both our indoor and outdoor picnic parties, we kindly request that you do not smoke near the setup. In addition, to keep our equipment and décor clean and safe, we will not set up in venues where there is evidence of smoking.
For tent rentals, fire pits and grills are prohibited within 50’ of the tents.
By utilizing our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges or refusal of future services.
