When should i book my rentals?
The earlier the better. Our items are reserved for rental on a first-come, first-serve basis so we recommend booking your items as soon as possible. Summer months and holidays are peak periods and advanced booking is recommended.
What if i need to make changes to my booking?
Invoice changes need to be made at least 7 days prior to delivery. Any adjustments shall not reduce the total price of the invoice below the amount of the NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT. Rental additions are subject to availability.
what is your cancellation policy?
The 50% deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled at any time. The remaining 50% of an invoice will be granted a refund up to 14 days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event will not receive a refund. We can reschedule a booking date one time within 12 months of the original date up to 2 days before an event (subject to availability).
am i responsible for clean-up?
We expect that our rentals are returned to us in the condition delivered. Although a small amount of dirt is expected, we do require our rentals, at a minimum, be wiped down after the event, removing all food or foreign objects and that any spill be cleaned up as quickly as possible in order to help prevent staining.
what if there is bad weather?
You have up to 48 hours prior to the event to decide if you would like to proceed with an alternate location or to reschedule the event date. We can reschedule a booking date one time within 12 months of the original date up to 2 days before an event (subject to availability).
